Semen JawaLowongan Kerja PT Semen Jawa – Siam Cement Group – Perusahaan raksasa asal Thailand, SCG, membangun pabrik semen yang ramah lingkungan di Sukabumi. Pengoperasian pabrik ini nanti akan dilakukan oleh anak usaha perusahaan, PT Semen Jawa (SJW). Untuk menunjang pembangunan pabrik semen ini SCG melakukan penandatanganan kontrak Pengadaan Permesinan dan Konstruksi (Engineering Procurement and Construction / EPC) dengan CONCH, perusahaan manufaktur dan penyedia semen. SJW adalah produsen semen baru di Indonesia . Perusahaan merupakan bagian anak perusahaan strategis The Siam Cement Public Company Limited ( SCG Group) , sebuah konglomerat bisnis terkemuka dari Thailand .

Pabrik baru ini akan memiliki kapasitas produksi sebesar 5.000 ton per hari. Proyek pembangunan pabrik semen ramah lingkungan dengan kapasitas produksi sebesar 1,8 juta ton per tahun ini akan memakan biaya Rp 3,4 trilyun (US$ 356 juta) dan diharapkan dapat selesai pada kuartal ketiga tahun 2015. Dengan kerja sama ini SJW akan membeli mesin, peralatan dan mendapatkan jasa permesinan serta konstruksi untuk pabrik yang baru dari Anhui Conch Design and Research Institute of Building Material (ACDI), anak usaha CONCH.

Nantapong Chantrakul, Presiden Direktur PT Semen Jawa, anak usaha dari SCG Cement-Building Materials di Indonesia, mengatakan: “Terlepas dari kemampuan kontruksi dan jasa yang dimiliki, kami yakin bahwa teknologi canggih yang CONCH tawarkan, khususnya pada bagian permesinan dan rancangan yang berfokus pada keramahan lingkungan, nantinya akan menghasilkan emisi, debu, dan kebisingan rendah serta sedikit getaran. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan bayangan kami atas apa yang bisa diberikan oleh pabrik semen yang ramah lingkungan.”

Dengan terobosan teknologi ramah lingkungan yang dirancang secara khusus, pabrik semen ini akan menggunakan kain filter atau filter bag, sehingga emisi yang dihasilkan menjadi lebih rendah. Lebih dari itu, pabrik semen tersebut akan memanfaatkan sistem sirkuit air pendingin tertutup sehingga konsumsi air menjadi rendah rendah, serta menggunakan mesin tambang permukaan dalam operasi pertambangan untuk menekan debu, getaran dan kebisingan.

SCG merupakan salah satu perusahaan konglomerat di ASEAN, terdiri dari tiga bisnis utama: SCG Chemicals, SCG Paper dan SCG Cement-Building Materials. SCG telah beroperasi di Indonesia sejak 1995 dan secara bertahap telah memperluas investasinya dalam bisnis yang beragam seperti PVC, ubin keramik dan joint venture dengan mitra di segmen bahan bangunan. Saat ini SCG memiliki lebih dari 5.700 karyawan di Indonesia dan total 20 perusahaan di berbagai industri, termasuk petrokimia, semen dan bahan bangunan

Dewasa ini, SCG memiliki total 21 perusahaan di Indonesia , antara lain PT SCG Readymix Indonesia ( Jayamix ) , PT Semen Lebak , PT Keramika Indonesia Assosiasi Tbk dll PT Semen Jawa berkantor pusat di Jakarta dan memiliki fasilitas produksi di Sukabumi Jawa Barat (di bawah proses konstruksi dan diharapkan akan selesai pada kuartal ketiga 2015 ) . Sukabumi Pabrik akan memiliki kapasitas produksi 1,9 juta ton per tahun dengan total investasi Rp 3,4 triliun ( US $ 356.000.000 ) .

Qualification :

2. Head of Production : Packing & Distribution

Qualification :

3. Head of Production : Customer Service

Qualification :

Qualification :

  • Good knownledge in mine planing, heavy machinery, rock blasting, and mine surveying
