Lowongan Kerja Wika Holding – PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) adalah salah satu perusahaan konstruksi di Indonesia.
Dari hasil nasionalisasi perusahaan Belanda, Naamloze Vennotschap Technische Handel Maatschappij en Bouwbedijf Vis en Co atau NV Vis en Co, berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 2 Tahun 1960 dan Surat Keputusan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Tenaga Listrik (PUTL) No. 5 tanggal 11 Maret 1960, WIKA lahir dengan nama Perusahaan Negara Bangunan Widjaja Karja.
Dimulai sebagai sub-kontraktor, di akhir 1960-an WIKA berkembang menjadi pemborong pemasangan jaringan listrik tegangan rendah, menengah, dan tinggi. Di awal tahun 1970, WIKA memperluas usahanya menjadi perusahaan kontraktor sipil dan bangunan perumahan.
Perusahaan memasuki babak baru pada 20 Desember 1972. Melalui Akta No. 110, dibuat di hadapan Notaris Djojo Muljadi, perusahaan berubah status menjadi Perseroan Terbatas Wijaya Karya (Persero).
WIKA selalu melakukan terobosan. Berevolusi menjadi perusahaan infrastruktur yang terintegrasi melalui pengembangan sejumlah anak perusahaan. Diantaranya WIKA Beton, WIKA Intrade, dan WIKA Realty.
Pertumbuhan WIKA sebagai perusahaan infrastruktur terintegrasi yang kuat semakin mendapat pengakuan dari berbagai pihak. Perseroan sukses dalam melaksanakan penawaran saham perdana (initial public offering/IPO) sebanyak 35% kepada public pada 29 Oktober 2007, di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Setelah IPO, pemerintah Republik Indonesia memegang 68,4%, sementara sisanya dimiliki oleh masyarakat, termasuk karyawan, melalui Management Stock Ownership Program (MSOP), Employee Stock Allocation (ESA), dan Employee/ Management Stock Option (E/MSOP).
Perolehan dana segar dari IPO dipergunakan untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan inovasi yang dilakukan oleh WIKA. Posisi WIKA menjadi kuat, dimana saat itu krisis ekonomi dunia mulai memperlihatkan dampaknya di dalam negeri. Struktur permodalan yang kuat sangat mendukung WIKA dalam meluaskan operasinya ke luar negeri dan terus mengembangkan Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC), serta berinvestasi dan mengembangkan sejumlah proyek infrastruktur, khususnya proyek-proyek yang menjadi program pemerintah terkait dengan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) maupun Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD).

Safety, Health and Environtment (SHE)
Requirements
- Education : Chemical Engineering, K3

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineer
Requirements
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as an Mechanical Electrical Engineer in building area
- Able to use 3D Design Software for designing
Architect Engineer
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in designing area for high rise building and infrastructure

Treasury
Requirements
- Bachelor of Finance / Accounting

Civil Engineering
Requirements
- Degree of Civil Engineering (S1).
- Having experiences 3 – 5 years on structural design.
- Understand International Code and Standard with regards to civil engineering design
- Strong in civil structural design
- Understand work flow of civil engineering design since FEED until Completion of Project
- Ability of operating Civil engineering software is a must
- Understand Safety in Design (SID) application.
Sr Legal Officer
Requirements
- Bachelor of Law
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Senior Legal Officer
- Have experience in dealing structuring transactions in the field of infrastructure investment, banking and capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and operational cooperation at the Foreign Affairs; Litigation in the General Court, the Industrial Relations Court, Commercial Court and Arbitration
- Have an Advocate license
- Able to speak and reporting in English fluently
Lead Mechanical
Requirements
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience as Mechanical Engineer of Designing, Maintenance or Construction in power plant project
- Advance knowledge in pump and pumping and skill in Hydraulic calculation & thermodynamic
- Applied knowledge of mechanic of material and machine elements & Project Management
- Basic knowledge of safety environment (LOTO, permit system, lifting, rigging, scaffolding, fire protection, hydrocarbon management, etc)
- Basic knowledge of material & welding inspection
- Understand well with API, ANSI, ASTM, ASME
- Understand well with other design and construction of process facilities modification, upgrade, or new design
- Understand well with pipe stress analysis, Caesar & Fluid flow and modeling software
Lead Instrument
Requirements
- Bachelor of Electrical / Instrument / Engineering Physics

- Experience in Power Plant Project is preference

Lead Electrical
Requirements
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
- Having 5-7 years work experiences in Power Plant Project
- Experience in Power Plant is preference
- Familiar with Panel, Cable, Tray, Trafo, Ups, etc, Bulk Material
- Familiar with related Code & Standard (IEC, ANSI, IEEE, NEC), Equipment Sizing (MCC, SWGR, TRANSFORMER, EDG, UPS, DC System), System Study, Data Sheet
- Has experience in design, installation, pre-com/commissioning and start-up electrical equipment for power plant.
- Familiar with electrical engineering software such as ETAP
Lead Quantity Surveyor
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Finance & Administration Manager
Requirements
