1. Sr Officer Sales Tools & Training CWJ

Job Description:

Sales Tools & Training

  • Design and propose the Training curriculum into Regional Leader Team along with HRBP.
  • Translating Sales Team knowledge assement level into related training with respective training on its field.
  • Design & create environment that helps all sales team to be more aggressive on managing the market/territory.
  • Design and deliver various content and materials for every sales team members such as CSE, CSO, SPV, BM, DSF, GTM SA, Promotor, etc.
  • Conduct knowledge measurement/ assesement for every sales tem members.

Team Collaboration

  • Engage with SAM & CSE to give support in term of designing and delivering educational series that suits current needs.
  • Collaborate with HRBP to create curriculum and conduct local training for sales team (internal & external).
  • Provide consultation clinique (one on one) to ensure understanding of Team’s regarding particular new knowledge.
  • Work co-operatively with other team members to accomplished delegated tasks assigned by VP-Head of Regional Distribution.
  • Providing knowledge measurement results to SAM, CSE and MPC for further improvement

Job Requirements:

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree from any degree with GPA min 3.00

Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experiences in handling sales tools and training.

2. Officer HRIS & Solution

Job Description:

HR system development

  • Works with HR staff in assessing needs for various business functions within the department. Assists HR team in identifying and analyzing options and recommends business process enhancements.
  • Act as liaison officer between users (HR Departments) with IT Planning function in order to accommodate identified requirement.
  • Monitoring system development project which conducted by IT Planning as a follow-up for the submitted requirement.
  • Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates on project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that occur during the course of projects. Monitors project work to ensure that progress is maintained within expected guidelines and is completed on a timely basis.
  • In order to ensure user requirement followed-up by IT Planning through an application development project.

HR system management

  • Assists User with technical issues related to the use of HRIS systems. Assists staff in the creation of more difficult queries to select and compile information from the HRIS system as needed
  • Act as liaison officer between users (HR Departments) with IT Operation for level 2 problem solution regarding trouble in HR system.
  • In order to ensure information system implemented accordingly for the purpose of supporting HR processes.

HR Analytics

  • Build Analytics Platform for HR Data Ecosystem
  • Build Management dashboard
  • Build Deep Analysis Method using predictive & prescriptive analytics

Team collaboration

  • Execute and achieve functional goals given by managers
  • Work co-operatively with other team members to accomplished delegated tasks assigned by managers
  • Provide support, when appropriate, for the team in cases of absence or unavailability
  • Provide continuous inputs on business process and systems improvement
  • In order to ensure delegated tasks are completed in timely and efficient manner

Job Requirements:

Qualification:

Job Description

Manage database source from DWH

  • Organize, store and analyse data with attention to accuracy, validity and on time delivery
  • Filter and “clean” data by reviewing data warehouse reports, tableau, and other resource indicators to locate and correct code problems
  • Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Analyse large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns

  • Strong knowledge with reporting packages (Business Objects), databases (SQL), programming (XML, Java-script, or ETL frameworks)
  • Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics

Experience:

  • Min. 2 years of working experience as data manage/engineer. Telco industry background is preferred
  • Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) and data frameworks (e.g. Hadoop)
  • Experience with integration of data from multiple data sources

Skills:

  • Knowledge of statistics and good in using statistical packages for analysing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.)
  • Good scripting and programming skills (SQL)

PT Indosat Tbk adalah nama dari salah satu perusahaan penyedia jasa telekomunikasi dan jaringan telekomunikasi di Indonesia. Perusahaan ini menawarkan saluran komunikasi untuk pengguna telepon genggam dengan pilihan pra bayar maupun paska bayar dengan merek jual Matrix, Mentari dan IM3; jasa lainnya yang disediakan adalah saluran komunikasi via suara untuk telepon tetap (fixed) termasuk sambungan langsung internasional IDD (International Direct Dialing), serta jasa nirkabel dengan merk dagang StarOne. Perusahaan ini juga menyediakan layanan multimedia, internet, dan komunikasi data (MIDI= Multimedia, Internet & Data Communication Services)

Pada tahun 2011 perusahaan ini menguasai 21 persen pangsa pasar dan di tahun 2013 mengklaim memiliki 58,5 juta pelanggan untuk telpon genggam.

Pada Februari 2013 perusahaan telekomunikasi Qatar yang sebelumnya bernama Qtel dan menguasai 65 persen saham Indosat berubah nama menjadi Ooredoo dan berencana mengganti seluruh perusahaan miliknya atau dibawah kendalinya yang berada di Timur Tengah, Afrika dan Asia Tenggara dengan nama Ooredoo pada tahun 2013 atau 2014. Sementara Indosat dalam siaran persnya menanggapi hal ini belum memutuskan akan mengubah nama dari Indosat menjadi Ooredoo atau tidak, karena menganggap nama Indosat telah memiliki “hubungan” dengan pelanggan.

Indosat memiliki sejarah panjang perpindahan kepemilikan dan perubahan tujuan perusahaan semenjak didirikan pada 20 November 1967. Didirikan sebagai perusahaan modal asing oleh pemerintah Indonesia dengan nama PT Indonesian Satellite Corporation Tbk. (Persero), perusahaan ini mulai beroperasi pada September 1969 sebagai perusahaan komersil penyedia jasa sambungan langsung internasional (IDD). Perusahaan ini membangun, memindahkan, dan melakukan kaidah operasional sebuah organisasi telekomunikasi internasional (International Telecommunications Satellite Organization) disingkat Intelsat, untuk mengakses Intelstat lain (satelit) yang berada di Samudra Hindia dengan durasi kesepakatan 20 tahun hingga 1987. Sebagai konsorsium global organisasi satelit komunikasi, intelstat memiliki dan mengoperasikan beberapa satelit-satelit komunikasi.

Pada tahun 1980 Indosat menjadi Badan Usaha Milik Negara dan dimiliki oleh Pemerintah Indonesia. Pada akhir tahun 2008 saham pemerintah Indonesia tinggal 14,3 persen saja, dan sebanyak 65 persen dikuasai oleh QTel.

Karena sebagian besar kepemilikan Indosat dikuasai oleh pemodal asing QTel (Pemerintah Qatar), maka berdasarkan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 111 Tahun 2007 penyelenggaraan jaringan telekomunikasi untuk jaringan bergerak baik seluler maupun satelit, kepemilikan modal asing dibatasi 65 persen. Sementara untuk jaringan tetap berbasis kabel maupun berbasis radio, dengan teknologi circuit switched atau packet switched, modal asing dibatasi maksimal 49 persen. Pada tahun 2008 Dirjen Postel Depkominfo Basuki Yusuf Iskandar menegaskan bahwa Indosat diwajibkan melepas lisensi telepon tetap miliknya (fixedline dan wirelessline) jika Qatar Telecom (Qtel) berkeras menambah sahamnya melebihi 49%. Hingga bulan Maret 2011 Indosat belum melepas StarOne, sementara Telkom menyatakan tertarik untuk mengakusisi StarOne yang memiliki ijin untuk telepon tetap, SLJJ, dan SLI ini.
